Everbuild Aquaseal Liquid Roof Grey is a fast-curing, polyurethane based waterproofing liquid membrane suitable for both flat and pitched roofs.

Everbuild Grey Aquaseal Liquid Roof Coating has excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous substrates.

Suitable for use on new projects, extensions or to refurbish an existing, leaky roof.

Liquid Roof has a fast curing moisture activated curing system that allows the product to use atmospheric moisture to trigger the curing process, which means that no catalyst is needed

With a 2 coat application to a variety of substrates this fast curing membrane cures in a range of weather conditions (see limitations on this technical data sheet )

Becomes completely rain resistant in just 10 minutes.

Liquid Roof will even cure if a pool of water forms on top of it!

0.7 to 2L per meter square depending on the surface, the weather also may affect the coverage as colder weather and windy weather the paint thickness tends to increase due to the surface drying at a faster rate and you get a higher build up of product this is not a bad thing it just means the coverage may decrease.

Application note do not allow the product to puddle.

Ideal for use on concrete, mortar, brick, stone, fibre cement, roof tiles, metals, wood, tiles and asphalt.
