Everbuild Aquaseal Grey Liquid Roof is a rapidly curing waterproofing solution used on flat and pitched roofs. This product comes in a 5-litre tin and contains 7kg of material.

Everbuild Aquaseal Liquid Roof Coating can easily adhere to any substrate, whether it is porous or non-porous.

Use this product for new projects, extensions, or to fix an old, leaky roof.

Liquid Roof prevents moisture damage with a lightning-fast curing system that only needs exposure to air to start working—no extra catalyst is required. A two-coat application works on many different surfaces, and the membrane cures in all weather conditions (check out the limitations listed on this technical data sheet).

This item is guaranteed to be rainproof in 10 minutes.

Benefits of Liquid Roof

• This product is perfect for both new and old roofs. Its moisture-curing technology requires no catalyst and provides fast-curing rain resistance in 10 minutes.
• All weather products. Apply with a brush or roller to create a seamless membrane. It can be reinforced with fleece for extra protection against severe weather conditions.
• This coating is easy to reapply and doesn’t require any stripping- making it a cost-effective way to extend the life of your roof. It also allows substrate vapour permeability so that your roof can breathe.
• Elasticity allows materials to maintain their shape and structure even in freezing temperatures. This makes it ideal for various construction projects where common substrates are cement, concrete, brick, stone, metal or wood.
• Full reinforcement is necessary when this product is used on roofing felt and bituminous coatings, as they may become soft after application.
• Reinforce using Sikalastic Fleece 120.

Approximate Coverage

0.7L to 2L per metre square is the average, depending on the surface type. The weather may also affect how much paint is needed for coverage; colder and windier conditions cause the paint to dry more quickly, resulting in a thicker application that ultimately covers less area.
